Privacy Policy for AGS

PRIVACY POLICY

 

1.                   Websites and Information Covered by this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy sets forth the online data collection and usage policies that apply to the www.ags-llc.net website (the “Site”) which is owned by AGS LLC (“AGS”). By accessing the Site, you agree to the terms, policies and practices set forth in this Privacy Policy. From time to time, we may add new websites and will take reasonable steps to update the above list.

 

Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to information submitted and collected online through the Site listed above, and does not apply to information that may be collected by AGS offline. Also, our Site includes links to third party websites whose privacy policies we do not control. Once you leave the Site, any information you provide at another website will be governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the website you are visiting. The privacy policies of third party websites may differ from that of AGS and we recommend that you independently review the privacy policies posted on such websites.

 

2.                   Types of Information We Collect. The information we gather falls into two categories: (1) information voluntarily supplied by users to the Site through optional registration; and (2) tracking information gathered as users navigate through the Site.

 

While you are on our Site, we automatically track information related to your use of the Site. This information may include, among other things, the URL that a user came from, a user's browser and IP address, files downloaded or viewed by the user and user's path through the Site, date, time and frequency of accessing Site and length of time spent reviewing certain features. An IP address does not personally identify a user. We may also track usage through cookies. A cookie is a small data file written to a user's hard drive. Cookies may be used to, among other things, allow automated log-in and may contain information such as a login ID or other information about preferences or Internet use. b)                   Online Surveys. From time to time, you may be asked to respond to answer online surveys through the Site, which may require the disclosure of certain Personal Information.

c)                   Correspondence. If you send personal correspondence, such as posts, chats, blogs, e-mails or letters, AGS may collect such information into a file specific to you.

d)                   Resume Information. AGS may provide on its Site an opportunity to send us your resume. In the future we may expand functionality on our Site for other similar business uses. Personal Information collected from resumes or related application forms will be used for the purpose of accepting and evaluating candidate submissions for job postings and may therefore be shared within our company. Other than as explained above, this Privacy Policy does not apply to Personal Information gathered through resumes or online applications.

 

3.                   How AGS Uses the Information Collected from the Site. We collect user information for a variety of reasons. For example, we may collect this information in order to e-mail you with updates and news, fulfill your requests, to respond to your questions or comments, to register you for certain features, to provide personalized content, information, and/or to send out brochures, other information on our products or our company.

4.                   Access by Third Parties to Personal Information. AGS is not in the business of selling or renting Personal Information to third parties. AGS may share your Personal Information with our subsidiaries, affiliates, business partners and service providers in order that these third parties may provide you information, products, or services on our behalf or to help us provide our customers with better products and services.

From time to time, AGS may also share information collected thru this Site to third parties who use it in connection with the maintenance and administration of the Site.

AGS may in the future sell or otherwise transfer some or all of its assets to a third party. The information collected about you may be disclosed to any such potential or actual third party acquirer of AGS’ assets, and such information may be among the assets sold to such a third party. AGS does not offer for sale Personal Information or other user information other than in connection with such business transaction.

AGS may also disclose collected information where necessary to enforce our Terms of Use or when we believe in good faith that we are required by law to do so.

In addition, AGS may analyze or disclose aggregated information that does not identify users of the Site to third parties for marketing and promotional or other purposes.

Please also keep in mind that whenever you voluntarily make your Personal Information available for viewing by third parties online – for example on forums or message boards, or through email or web logs, – that information can be seen, collected and used by others besides AGS. AGS will take reasonable steps to protect and secure your Personal Information to ensure your information is protected from misuse, loss, theft, modification or unauthorized access. However, as effective as the reasonable security measures implemented by us may be, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that information supplied will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet.

6.                   Changes to the Privacy Policy. AGS reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective upon posting to this Site. In the event we modify this Privacy Policy, your continued use of this Site will signify your acceptance of the modified Privacy Policy.
